1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using dairypariwar.app ("Dairy Pariwar", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Dairy Pariwar is an online directory connecting dairy-industry businesses across India — farms, processors, equipment and machinery suppliers, feed and fodder dealers, veterinary and testing services, and related trades — with customers searching for them. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any transaction, sale, or agreement between listed businesses and visitors.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Registration availability may be limited or paused at our discretion (for example, during moderation drives); an admin can also create accounts directly.
4. Business Listings
When you submit a business listing, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to represent the business and the information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
- You will keep listing details (contact info, hours, services) reasonably current.
- The listing does not infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights.
New and edited listings are reviewed by our team before they appear publicly, and may be rejected or removed at our discretion — for example, if they contain false claims, prohibited content, spam, or duplicate entries. We'll share the reason where a listing is rejected so you can fix and resubmit it.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Dairy Pariwar offers a single paid subscription plan, processed securely through Razorpay. Free accounts may view a limited number of listings, as set by us from time to time (unlimited by default at launch); subscribing removes this limit and unlocks full contact details.
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period you select, in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; you can cancel any time from your account settings.
- Fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of billing error.
- We may change subscription pricing with advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
6. User Conduct
When using Dairy Pariwar, you agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent business information.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract listing data without our written permission.
- Attempt to bypass the view limit, security controls, or payment system.
- Upload malicious code, or use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others.
- Impersonate another person or business, or misuse another user's account.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate this section.
7. Intellectual Property
The Dairy Pariwar name, logo, design, and site software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (business descriptions, photos), but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Service as part of your listing.
8. Third-Party Links & Content
The Service may link to third-party websites (business websites, maps, payment pages) that we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dairy Pariwar is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or that any business will meet your requirements. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any product or service offered by a listed business.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dairy Pariwar and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any transaction or dealing with a business found through the directory. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Anand, Gujarat, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
